Please be aware that the Parks neighbourhood needs to be respected and coming and going from the area, including through towns you need to stay behaved on the roads. It is important that you are polite to everyone you meet and also help us, police, the other customers and encourage good behaviour within the rules we set and NSW road rules.

Never ride on the public roads outside the property or front gate unless you are registered and licensed. However this does not mean you have a ticket to ride in a scary or negligent manner on the roads and are sure you wouldn't. 

Please stow your rubbish well within your vehicle and  help keep Australia beautiful. Don't be a tosser.
