We are on the Rainforest way scenic drive loop which takes you around the upper Clarence Richmond river areas on a sight seeing drive to many historic sites and original rainforest areas of northern New South Wales.
Washpool NP, Ewingar State forest, and many more Public areas are accessible from here such as Boonoo Boonoo NP and Bald Rock National Park near Tenterfield, the largest granite monolith in the southern hemisphere and the second largest monolith to Ayers Rock. There is also the Wineries in the Tenterfield area. Take a visit to charming Bonalbo or Drake pub for a unbelievable family meal and relax.
In the area, there are some private galleries opening up and of course there is the search for crystals and gold.
